I haven’t researched it yet, but although there’s probably no affiliate program for such a thing, I’d be willing to bet you could find a drop-shipper in China that would ship a skin whitening cream for you.

Take payment on paypal yourself, then pay that company to ship it to the customer. Pocket the difference.

Also probably safer than selling laundry Bleach Pens and telling people to rub it on their skin.
