Delta Airlines Screwed Me Over

So I had a court case in Chicago later today… I showed up about 55 minutes before my flight and because it was already under an hour someone on standby took my seat.

Delta/North West Airlines sucks hardcore.

    They offered to put me on another flight but it was leaving to late in the afternoon where there was no point to me showing up.

    Hopefully they read your blog and respond. I’ve complained directly to airlines before about horrible service- sometimes successfully, sometimes not. Unfortunately I think it’s one of those things some customer service managers aren’t addressing. Jetblue and Southwest are always reliable, and I’ve heard some great things about Virgin America, too.
