People think that they don't need to make sure the product actually works, they focus too much on marketing a shitty product.

IMveritas has been warning and consulting on this for over 3yrs. When will this industry learn that if a process was made wrong and illegal for mail, TV, radio, press and FAX. IT IS GOING TO BE FOR INTERNET MEDIA!!! Too bad that no one was smart enough to see this and see also what those mediums did to be able to promote products. Netflix is still going and so is Columbia Record House. Jenny Craig and Metabolife are still going. Though, all of them, at one time or another got a "federal wake-up call" Bottom line and they say it in the lawsuit. SELL PRODUCTS THAT ACTUALLY WORK! Wow!!! what a concept!!! Thanks Nick and Jason.
